Georgann de Geus: you and i are cosmic sisters...i have loved and obsessed over Jim most of my life...ive never stopped loving the lizard king. i spend most of my computer time looking for anything relating to him or his life....i am floored by all of your paintigs and hope to own at least one someday...i really want ALL of them ....oh well icould go on forever so ill just thank you for your talent,beautiful subject..and keeping him alive for the loyal and devoted.

2006 Essay Contest

Mood: aaagh!

Hello everyone, I just wanted to post a quick note that I haven't forgotten about the 2006 essay contest, the deadline of which was Jim's birthday, Dec. 8th. I've received many wonderful essays and have yet to choose the winner. Please check back, I will be announcing the winner and sending them some free artwork shortly. In the meantime, feel free to continue to submit your writings; the new deadline will be Dec. 8th, 2007 for next year's winner.
